Merinowalk, or cuddly whale, is one of the highest quality and best whale fabrics available. Merino wool comes from a special breed of sheep - the merino sheep. The fibers of merino wool are much finer than those of virgin wool and they are also half as thick, which makes merino whale softer. The natural product is processed very elaborately and can be used on both sides. The structure of the Walkloden is slightly felt-like, which makes it very easy to process, since cut edges do not fray and therefore do not necessarily have to be hemmed or seamed. Furthermore, Walkloden is water and wind repellent and has a special warming function, which allows a constant exchange of heat and thus has a thermoregulating effect and is therefore perfect especially for the cooler season.
